Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a conservative, non-invasive healthcare discipline focused on improving joint motion, reducing mechanical stress, and supporting neuromusculoskeletal function. It emphasizes the relationship between structure (spine and joints) and function (nervous system, muscles, and movement patterns). Care includes assessment of the spine and extremities and may involve spinal manipulation and/or mobilization to restore mobility in restricted joints and reduce pain related to joint dysfunction, postural strain, or tissue irritation. Treatment is individualized and may include Diversified manipulation, instrument-assisted adjustments (e.g., Activator), and supportive recommendations such as mobility work and home exercises to improve long-term function and reduce recurrence.
Muscle Therapy
Therapeutic muscle cupping is a conservative, non-invasive soft-tissue technique focused on reducing muscular tension, improving local circulation, and supporting mobility and recovery. It uses negative pressure (cups) applied to the skin to create a gentle decompression effect that may help decrease soft-tissue restriction and sensitivity while improving movement quality. Treatment is individualized and may be used to support areas of tightness, overuse, postural strain, or movement-related discomfort. Cupping may result in temporary skin discoloration and is often paired with mobility work, stretching, and home care recommendations to improve function and reduce recurrence.
Women's Health
Women’s Health chiropractic care using the Webster Technique is a gentle, specific approach focused on improving pelvic and sacral joint function and reducing soft-tissue tension that may affect pelvic balance. This technique emphasizes the relationship between pelvic structure, surrounding musculature/ligaments, and neuromusculoskeletal function. Care includes assessment of the pelvis, sacrum, and related soft tissues and may involve gentle adjustments and targeted soft-tissue work. Treatment is individualized and may be supported with mobility, breathing mechanics, and home exercises to improve comfort, movement, and overall pelvic function.
